UEFA Champions League finalists Borussia Dortmund and FC Bayern München have confirmed details of their media open days and pre-match press conferences.
Borussia Dortmund and FC Bayern München have confirmed details of their media open days prior to this season's UEFA Champions League final, to be played at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 25 May.
ortmund – for administrative purposes the home team in the final – will hold their media open day on Wednesday 15 May.
The day will start at 10.00 (local time) at the BVB Stadion Dortmund with a series of press conferences: coach Jürgen Klopp at 10.00, CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke and sports director Michael Zorc at 10.45, captain Sebastian Kehl and goalkeeper Roman Weidenfeller at 11.30, and İlkay Gündoğan and Mats Hummels at 12.15. Translation will be provided in English and German. A fully open training session will take place at 15.30 at the Dortmund-Brackel training ground, Adi-Preißler-Allee, 44309 Dortmund.Media wishing to attend should email Pressestelle@bvb.de with the names of the relevant persons and their media sector (television, radio, written press, photo, etc.). The deadline is 14.00 on Thursday 9 May. Replies will only be sent in the event of cancellation.
Bayern's media open day will be staged at the Fußball Arena München on Tuesday 14 May. The day will begin with a fully open training session at 10.00. From 12.00, coach Jupp Heynckes will be available to all media in a press conference, followed by Philipp Lahm, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Thomas Müller and Arjen Robben. Translation will be supplied in English and German.

Final week
The two clubs have also announced their pre-match media activities at Wembley Stadium on Friday 24 May. Bayern will have their press conference, with Heynckes and two players, at 16.30, followed by a fully open training session at 17.30. Dortmund's press conference, with Klopp and two players, is scheduled for 18.30, preceding a fully open training session at 19.00.
